Since mid-morning Tues., Sept. 9, Microsoft has been throttling messages it receives from BU. The domains subject to throttling are hotmail.com, msn.com, and live.com. The result of this throttling is that very little mail is being transfered from BU to the any of these domains.

We are in communication with Microsoft, but resolving this issue is going very slowly. Users who have their BU mail forwarded to one of the domains involved, may want to make other arrangements until this problem is resolved.
