Fall and Spring semesters only. Must attend 12-hour training session. Support approximately 4,000 students in residence halls who are accessing the campus network via an ethernet connection. Assist with the installation and configuration of software. Trouble-shoot problems. Training obligation prior to Fall Semester and during Spring Semester.
